A Merry Halloween !

Good morning to all whom wander this way...

T'is a beautiful fall day here in sunny, southeast Georgia...

Awoke to a morning temperature of around 60 degrees, with a high today more than likely reaching low 70's.....

I will be posting Halloween themed Blog Posts off and on throughout the day into the evening, since I am in the Halloween spirit !

I doubt seriously I will get any little Trick or Treaters tonight, since I live on a 14 acre farm, and my driveway is about 700 feet off the main road....

But!

I do have my jackolantern's out all around the front of the property and flanking the driverway....my fall decoration theme is in full swing!

So....while I have my morning hot tea, I will read emails and attend to a few business emails....

A Breezy, Chilly Morning in Southeast Georgia

Good morning to all whom wander this way....

T'is a cool, breezy morning here in down south Georgia

Yesterday, when I was out and about, the abundant pecan groves were being harvested around this area

People are beginning to bundle up a bit more to stay cozy from the coolness...

I was reminded of the story Truman Capote wrote of his childhood, making Christmas fruitcakes with his Aunties

Fall has arrived, with all it's glad tidings, falling leaves, pumpkins, Halloween decorations, the days seem to have grown considerably shorter, as nightime falls early, and daylight comes later....

And so....I sip my morning tea....hot English Style, with just the right amount of creme....the milky warmth clearing the chill from my body....

As I mentally add a few * things to do *......to my ever growing list

Yes, fall has arrived in full force!!
